Inheritance considers not only what is passed down physically, but also the values and habits inherited across generations. Growing up in a context where nothing would be thrown away, the artist internalised shame and anxiety around clutter, and now carries this through an obsessive need to shape and control her surroundings. The work reflects how learned behaviours quietly shape our internal worlds, revealing psychological rooms that often remain invisible to others.
